Marianna Connor Malm

Born in San Antonio, TX, Marianna lived in Ohio, Michigan, and NY before moving to ND. With a BS in English Education and MS in Reading, Marianna taught in Williston, ND, before 35 years at Fargo North High. As a ND Teacher of the Year she represented ND in Washington, D.C., working with the Department of Education and ND’s DPI and ESPB. She also served as state president of ND’s P.E.O. working for women and educational philanthropies. She has volunteered on church boards and on both Stephen and BeFriender Ministries, and served on mission teams in Slovakia and Ecuador. Marianna and husband Reed Malm have two adult children and three grandchildren.
